Epiprobe Biotech was invited to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Women’s Forum.

In the golden autumn of September, global attention once again turned to Fushan Bay, where the All-China Women's Federation, the SCO Cooperation Committee, the Shandong Provincial Government, and the SCO Secretariat co-hosted this significant event. The forum took place in Qingdao from September 10 to 12 under the theme "Building a Community with a Shared Future for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization." Approximately 150 distinguished guests from China and abroad convened in Qingdao to focus on "Digital Empowerment and Women's Economic Participation," discussing strategies for advancing women's development, enhancing international cooperation in women's issues, and contributing their insights and strengths toward fostering an even closer SCO community with a shared future.

A congratulatory letter celebrating feminine achievements has been issued.

Since its inception, women from various nations have embodied the spirit of Shanghai by actively contributing to building a more cohesive SCO community with a shared future. It is anticipated that this forum will continue playing a pivotal role in promoting mutual friendship and deepening connections among our peoples while injecting new momentum into strengthening people-to-people ties within the SCO framework. China stands ready to collaborate with all parties involved to advance scientific innovation and women's initiatives through digital empowerment while jointly creating an improved environment for all within the SCO.

A platform for exchange and dialogue

The SCO Women’s Forum represents an essential step towards realizing outcomes established during meetings of heads of state within the organization. In 2018, during China's rotating presidency of the SCO, Beijing successfully hosted its inaugural Women’s Forum. Since then, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan have each held their own forums dedicated to these important discussions. This year's forum is organized by multiple entities including All-China Women's Federation alongside local government bodies such as Shandong Provincial Women’s Federation and Qingdao Municipal Government; it features bilateral meetings along with welcome banquets opening ceremonies plenary sessions concluding events focused on “Digital Empowerment & Women’s Economic Participation.” The aim is not only facilitating exchanges among women engaged in digital economies but also deepening international collaboration regarding female empowerment—contributing significantly towards high-quality economic growth across member states whilst reinforcing bonds between them.
